The system will be an open and Integrated Management Information System, which will be customized and implemented in accordance to the requirements of ‘HOTEL’. The system will provide the following required features:
MULTI-USER, to enable the system to operate under a network environment, which facilitates utilization of the systems function by one or more users at the same time or range of time.
FLOW-THROUGH AND INTEGRATED, to enable the system to operate as a true-relational database system capable of on line or batch posting of transactions or costing activities to its controlling accounts, records or set of records. This characteristic will be available to ensure reconciled values of reports in relation to its detailed posting of entries.
